By accessing or using FuturePrint AI Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FuturePrint AI Studio. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service. FuturePrint AI Studio provides DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing software with AI-powered design tools, including image generation, background removal, color management, and print production features.

3. Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) create harmful, offensive, or misleading content; (d) distribute malware or engage in hacking; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

5. Payment Terms. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

6. Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

7. Modifications. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Copyright & User Responsibility

IMPORTANT: FuturePrint AI Studio is NOT responsible for any copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content that users create, produce, or sell using our Service.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all designs, images, and content they create, generate, or print using FuturePrint AI Studio do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

  • Copyrights (images, artwork, logos, characters, text)
  • Trademarks (brand names, logos, slogans)
  • Publicity rights (celebrity images, likenesses)
  • Patents and trade secrets
  • Licensed content and royalty-free image terms

If you use our AI tools to generate designs that resemble copyrighted characters, logos, or other protected content, you do so at your own risk. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from intellectual property concerns.

By using our Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FuturePrint AI Studio from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of copyrighted or protected content.

Founding Member & Lifetime Discount Terms

The "lifetime discount" offered to Early Adopters and Founding Members ("Discount") is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Discount Basis. The 25% discount on Studio and Enterprise subscription tiers is based on current AI model pricing and availability from our third-party AI providers. This discount represents savings compared to standard subscription pricing at the time of purchase.

2. Model Availability. FuturePrint AI Studio relies on third-party AI services for image generation, background removal, and other AI-powered features. If these AI models become unavailable, discontinued, or significantly increase in cost, we reserve the right to adjust the Discount proportionally to reflect our actual costs.

3. Proportional Adjustment. In the event that AI model costs increase substantially or models become unfeasible, the Discount will remain approximately proportional to our costs. For example, if our AI costs double, your discount may be reduced to maintain a fair proportion, but you will always pay less than standard pricing.

4. Good Faith Commitment. We are committed to honoring the spirit of the Founding Member discount. Any adjustments will be made in good faith, with advance notice to affected members, and will aim to preserve the value proposition you signed up for.

5. Continuous Subscription. The lifetime discount applies only while your subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the discount may not be reinstated.

6. Non-Transferable. Founding Member discounts are personal to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another party.

AI-Generated Content

FuturePrint AI Studio includes AI-powered features for image generation and enhancement. Users are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and publicity rights.

AI-generated designs may not be used to create content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or violates the rights of others. Users retain ownership of their original input content and are granted a license to use AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Service.

We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content you create. However, similar outputs may be generated for other users due to the nature of AI systems.

Software Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

FuturePrint AI Studio is designed for professional DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing workflows. Results may vary based on printer hardware, ink quality, film quality, and user settings. We recommend testing on sample materials before production runs.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FUTUREPRINT AI STUDIO, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SOFTWARE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SOFTWARE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SOFTWARE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (V) ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM CONTENT YOU CREATE OR SELL USING OUR SERVICE.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. FuturePrint AI Studio collects minimal data necessary for software operation and license validation. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data We Collect: Account information (email, name), payment information (processed by Stripe), usage analytics, and support communications.

Data We Do Not Store: We do not permanently store the images you process through our software unless you explicitly save them to cloud storage.

Trademark Notice

FuturePrint AI Studio™ is a trademark of FuturePrint AI Studio. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in this site are the property of their respective owners.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with FuturePrint AI Studio within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.

Refunds after the 30-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis. Lifetime deals and Founding Member purchases are subject to the same 30-day guarantee but are otherwise non-refundable due to their discounted nature.
